WATERTOWN — William I. Netto, 45, Flower Avenue East, Watertown, was charged by city police April 12 with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
According to police records, Netto threw a cinder block through the back window of a 2009 Ford Escape that did not belong to him with the window value exceeding $250.
Netto was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and held pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
Paul L. Arndt Jr., 57, Moulton Street, Watertown, was charged by city police April 15 with petit larceny and trespass.
According to police records, Arndt stole $250 worth of scrap metal from a dumpster belonging to Brookfield Power. Police further allege that he stayed unlawfully on the premises of Brookfield Power.
Arndt was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released with an appearance ticket for Watertown City Court on May 6.
Samuel E. Means Sr., 47, Bronson Street, Watertown, was charged by city police April 12 with fourth-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal trespass.
According to police records, Means damaged a door jamb valued at $100 by forcing his way through the locked door, resulting in the hinges tearing off the door jamb.
Means was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released with an appearance ticket for Watertown City Court on April 25.
Todd W. Granger, 45, Lansing Street, Watertown, was charged by city police April 15 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
According to police records, Granger damaged property valued at $84.25 during a domestic violence incident.
Granger was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and held pending arraignment in Watertown City Court.
Denise M. Lane, 34, Creekwood Drive, Watertown, was charged by city police April 15 with endangering the welfare of a child.
According to police records, Lane fell asleep on the couch, leaving a 2-year-old child unsupervised, resulting in the child ingesting an unknown pill. The child became lethargic and needed medical attention, police said.
Lane was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, processed and released with an appearance ticket for Watertown City Court on May 2.
Brian L. Friend, 41, no listed address, was charged by city police April 15 when police executed a bench warrant.
Friend was processed at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
